Liberty Hill Elementary  

 Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities (PPCD) – Program for students ages 3-5 identified as having a disability and are eligible for special education services.
   Solid ROOTs – Program for students in Kindergarten through graduation with significant behavioral deficits. Solid ROOTs teaches necessary coping skills and strategies in order to students to remain in the general education setting to the fullest extent possible.
  Functional and Social Communication Class - Program for students EE-4 with significant communication and/or behavioral concerns due to Autism Spectrum Disorder or similarly impacting disabilities.
  Pathways – Program for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade with significant behavioral deficits that impact the ability of the student to function within a general education or special education campus setting.
   Solid ROOTs – Program for students in Kindergarten through graduation with significant behavioral deficits. Solid ROOTs teaches necessary coping skills and strategies in order to students to remain in the general education setting to the fullest extent possible.

Independent Learning Skills Program - Program for students ages 5-18 with significant cognitive and global delays.

   Functional Academics – Program for students ages 5-18 with moderate cognitive and global delays.
   18-21 Transition Program - Program for adult students ages 18-22 years of age who have completed all of their high school course work yet still have IEP goals that they are working on to gain independence and employment. Students may be provided services in a special education setting, supported employment, job coaching, or independent employment.
