LHISD Bond 2021 Proposal:

Four separate Liberty Hill ISD propositions were included on the May 1, 2021 ballot as Proposition A, B, C and D. The four propositions together total $491.7 million. 

1. School Buildings, Infrastructure & Land Acquisition
   $457.7 Million

2. Technology Devices
   $8 Million

3. Stadium Expansion at Liberty Hill High School
   $6 Million

4. Construction of New High School #2 Stadium
   $20 Million

Total Bond Proposal $491,700,000

Safety & Security
Fencing and gates are complete around portables at multiple campuses. Cameras and radios installed at all campuses. Re-keying of all buildings.

Transportation Bus Acquisitions
A total of 12 new buses have been purchased, with an estimated 24 buses to be purchased

District Wide Technology Upgrades
Student and staff devices for growth and refresh; new server/storage platform; refreshed device charging carts, and new devices for CTE. New classroom TV's and carts, projectors for SPED classrooms, network cabling and switches, and wireless access points.

Land Acquisition
Over 450 acres have been purchased or donated for new campuses. 

Liberty Hill High School
Adding weight room, parking and wrestling facility. CTE classroom space expansion.

LHHS Stadium Expansion
Increased Panther Stadium capacity to approx. 8500. Expansions completed on both Home and Visitor sides.

Liberty Hill Middle School
Middle School Parking lot and driving improvements completed.

Land Acquisition
10 additional classrooms in progress. Press Box and additional bleacher seating completed.

Liberty Hill Elementary
Added additional parking behind the elementary, Structural steel erection at classroom additions in progress. Gym expansion and new entry completed by January 2023. 

Louine Noble Elementary
The redesign of the library into a new SPED wing is complete. Adding on 20 more classrooms and renovating the library, and cafeteria/stage. 

Bill Burden Elementary
New carpet installation.

Rancho Sienna Elementary
Renovating outdoor space into more classrooms. 

Santa Rita Elementary
Megatron portable unit with 10 classrooms in it.

Elementary #6/ Bar W
Underground MEP rough-in is currently in progress. Casting of tilt wall panels are in progress.
