Program Model
A Dual Language Immersion Two-Way Program where both language student groups are concurrently served. These two language groups are placed together in the same classroom and instruction is delivered through both languages, Spanish and English.
Mission
The mission of the Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program is for all students to reach high levels of academic achievement and become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural citizens in order to succeed in a multicultural society.
Liberty Hill ISD implemented the Dual Language Immersion Two-Way Program in August 2019. The program is available for students entering PreKindergarten and Kindergarten. As the program continues to grow, a grade level will be added each year up to 5th Grade. Students in grades PK-4th during the 2023-2024 school year are a cohort and will move on to the next grade level together.
