Panther Families -
Liberty Hill ISD will have a 2-hour delayed start tomorrow, Friday. October 28th, due to the predicted inclement weather and road conditions that could impact public safety. As a result, all buses will also run two hours late. In a Williamson County Operation Emergency Management call, our area is predicted to have strong winds up to 60 mph with the possibility of hail and tornadoes. Although this risk is low, we would rather let the storms pass through before bringing students and staff to the schools. The severity of the storm should pass through between 7:30 and 8:30 am tomorrow morning.
Morning Panther Care will be closed, all before-school activities are canceled, and campuses will provide a modified breakfast.
Start times for October, 28th will be as follows:
Elementary School start time - 9:40 am
Middle School start time - 10:15 am
High School start time - 10:50 am
Please visit the district website and social media platforms for updates.
We appreciate your support as we take these safety precautions for our Panther family.

Inclement Weather Update
LHISD to Close Thursday, Feb. 3, and Friday, Feb. 4th

With the below-freezing temperatures expected overnight, road conditions will be icy and continue to deteriorate, making travel unsafe over the next few days.
