Liberty Hill ISD approves the new Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships, Kristin Coulter.

LIBERTY HILL - Liberty Hill ISD is excited to announce the hiring of Kristin Coulter as Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships. 

Kristin Coulter is an experienced Higher Ed and Non-Profit strategic innovator with a servant-leader approach to leading successful initiatives of cross-functional teams and community stakeholders. With over 15+ years of Enrollment Management, Strategic Partnership Development, and Enterprise Partner Management in Higher Ed, Healthcare, K-12, Technology, and Business sectors, she passionately collaborates to build innovative solutions for organizational success through varied revenue growth opportunities. With over 15 years in Higher Education leading at Concordia University Texas, Kristin has successfully developed high-performing teams and embraces operational change and challenges with a student/partner-centric mindset. Kristin thrives when connecting people, talent, and resources to support the organization to achieve its vision and purpose.

Kristin received her Master's Degree in Education and Leadership from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Kristin will steward internal and external partnerships toward reinventing scalable and creative systems and programming within the district, with a focus on preserving a “fast growth district with a small town feel”. This role will have a primary focus on Talent Acquisition & Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership Cultivation & Engagement.

Additionally, Kristin has lived in the district with her family for five years; she and her husband, Darin, have three LHISD-enrolled children. When they are not at the Liberty Hill baseball fields, they spend time supporting Dell Children's Hospital, Children's Miracle Network, Ronald McDonald House, and the Make-A-Wish foundations as ambassador families for these institutions that they continue to hold dear. Darin has been a member of the Austin Fire Department for 18 years.

Kristin is excited to join Liberty Hill ISD, stating, “It’s an absolute privilege to serve our students by collaborating with business, education, and community partners as we build momentum for a strategic, transformative, equitable, and student-centered district.” Please join us in welcoming Kristin Coulter as a new member of our panther Family!
