STUDENTS NEEDING TO LEAVE EARLY:

Early Dismissal Procedure - Updated! 

1. In- Person sign out - Coming into the school with a valid form of ID to sign out your student. 

2. ***UPDATED*** Send email to hstransportationchanges@libertyhill.txed.net BEFORE 10:00AM  on the day your student is needing to be released early. The email address used to send the email MUST be what is linked to your Skyward account.

Ex; *Monday, January 2nd*

• “My student, Jane Smith, needs to be released at 3:00pm today, 1/2/2023, for a doctor's appointment”

This policy is being updated to increase efficiency in students receiving their notes to class and  decrease wait times for parents who utilize this option. We appreciate your support!
