This month we highlight Determined Problem Solvers — people who face challenges head-on and keep pushing forward.

You might think of a LHISD staff member who:

  • Tackled a process that wasn’t working and improved it for everyone
  • Helped troubleshoot an issue to avoid a bigger problem down the line
  • Found a solution instead of getting stuck in the frustration

We invite our community to nominate a staff member who doesn't give up: https://bit.ly/LEADSinAction

(And yes, you can nominate someone for any LEADS trait at any time!)

Chatting with Champions: Operation Liberty Hill

In our latest Chatting with Champions, we’re highlighting our incredible partnership with Operation Liberty Hill, an organization that served more than 1,100 children this past holiday season and distributed over 550,000 pounds of food to families in need throughout 2024.

From Giving Tree and Blurple Santa to blessing bags that support LHISD students year-round, this work is changing lives across our community.
