At Liberty Hill ISD, the well-being of our staff is a top priority. You may be eligible for Workers' Compensation if you sustain an injury while performing your duties. It's important to promptly report any on-the-job injuries to your direct supervisor. 

Workers' Compensation is not job protection. To secure job protection, employees must apply for FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) through

Workers' Compensation can help cover medical expenses and may provide temporary income benefits. Additionally, employees have the option to utilize their available paid leave for medical appointments or for recuperation from a work-related injury.
