Media is required to obtain a press pass for all varsity football home games from our Communications Department to gain entry to the sidelines or press box. All media must be affilitated with a media company (photography and/or videography). We are not able to allow individuals who are not part of a media company access to the sidelines or press box. Limit two personnel from each organization for sidelines and two from each organization for press box. Please submit your request on the form below before 12:00 noon on the Wednesday prior to the game. At that time we will close the request form and will not be able to accept any submissions for media access after that time. Our communications department will send you an approved/not approved email by COB on the Thursday prior to the game.

Sidelines

• Please keep your pass on your person and visible at all times. 
• Your sideline pass will allow you to comea nd go from the sidelines to use the restroom, grab a snack, etc. 
• During the game, media must stay between the end zone and the 20-yard line and must stay behind the purple line surrounding the field. 
• Entry into the coaches box is not allowed for any reason at any time. 
• Students (whether working for a company or a student organization must meet LHISD Student Dress Code to be allowed entry into the stadium and sidelines. 

Press Box/Press Platform

• We have a new media room specifically for you this year! Once you get off of the elevator, you will see thet room labeled “Media”. Please keep this room tidy and throw any trash in the cans provided in the kitchen area. 
• The kitchen area will have drinks and some mints for you to enjoy. 
• There are bathrooms near your room and the media platform. 
• The hospitality suite is for school board members, the superintendent and their guests only.
